The NaturDerm™ story began in 2000 when founder, Amy Merwin, set out to develop a skin care product that did not exist in the marketplace – a manual microdermabrasion cream. Her daughter, a model in New York, was required to have lengthy, expensive treatments on a regular basis, so Amy began to create a more convenient alternative for her, but one that would achieve the same dramatic results. Before long a grassroots explosion began. With over 20 years of experience in the health and beauty industry, Amy was delighted to combine her background in wellness with her passionate respect for the planet, through the development of an eco-friendly skin line. Her initial product, Epidermx™, was the first natural-based manual microdermabrasion cream.
